【摘要】 目的：调查海南儿童１型糖尿病的发病率。方法：依据ＷＨＯＤｉａＭｏｎｄ 计划，采用捕获—再捕获的方法，对１９８９～１９９６ 年间１５ 岁以下新诊断为１ 型糖尿病的儿童进行回顾性登记。结果：１５ 岁以下人口总数约２００ 万，共发现１ 型糖尿病患者５３ 例（男２５，女２８），其中汉族５０ 例（占９４．３％ ），其他民族３ 例（占５．６％ ），按其人口比例计算，二者发病率无显著性差异。总确定校正发病率为０．４０／１０ 万／年〔９５％ 可信区间（ＣＩ）为０．３７～０．４２〕。结论：海南省儿童１ 型糖尿病发病率低于全国平均水平，提示南方发病率低于北方更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the incidence of type 1 diabetes in Hainan children.Methods:According to the demands of WHO DiaMond Project,all the newly diagnosed cases of type 1 diabetes under 15 years old during 1989~1996 were retrospectively registered by the capture recapture method.Results:The population under 15 years old was about two million,and 53 cases of type 1 diabetes (male 25,female 28) were found.50 of them were Han nationality(94 3%) and 3 cases were the other nationalities(5 6%).There was no significant difference between the two incidences according to their population ratios.The total ascertainment corrected incidence was 0.40/100 000/yr(95% CI:0.37~0.42).Conclusion:The Hainan children incidence of type 1 diabetes is lower than the average level of the whole country,which suggested that the incidence in south China is lower than that in north region.更多还原
