【摘要】 目的　探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染与鼻咽部各类型肿瘤的关系。方法　采用原位杂交EBV检测试剂盒cat.No:40EBVISH,对52例鼻咽部不同分化类型的肿瘤组织及慢性炎症标本中EBV的存在与分布情况进行检测。结果　在高、中、低分化鳞状细胞癌标本中,EBVRNA阳性数标本数分别为16、27和1620;低分化腺癌、泡状核细胞癌标本的阳性数标本数分别为24、46;非霍奇金恶性淋巴瘤阳性数标本数为24。EBVRNA存在于几乎所有肿瘤细胞中,而肿瘤的间质细胞、浸润的淋巴细胞、癌旁上皮细胞以及慢性鼻咽炎症(5例标本)的上皮细胞为阴性。结论　EB病毒的存在与癌组织类型和分化程度密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between Epstein-barr virus infection and various types of neoplasms ofnasopharynx.Method 52 nasopharyngeal biopsy specimens were examinedfor EBV distribution using hybirdization in situ.Result Positive ratesof EBV RNA in three types of differentiated nasopharyngeal squamous cellcarcinoma were 1/6,2/7 and 16/20 respectively;postive rates of EBV RNAin pooly differentiated nasopharyngeal andenocarcinoma and vesicular-neucleus cell carcinoma were 2/4 and 4/6 respectively and 2/4 of non-Hogkin lymphoma exhibited positve EBV RNA.EBV RNA could be found inalmost all the nuclei of malignant cell,whereas all morphologicallynormal and hyperplastic epithelial cells,stroma cells,infiltratinglymphocytes and epithelium in chronic nasopharyngitis exhibitednegative EBV RNA.Conclusion The result demonstrated that theexistance of EBV was related to the histological types and degrees ofdifferentiation of carcinoma.更多还原
