【摘要】 目的探讨肝细胞生长因子（ＨＧＦ）对关节软骨缺损修复的作用。方法将健康大耳白兔 ２０只，分成４组，选右膝为实验组，左膝为对照组。结果造成软骨缺损后，膝关节腔注射ＨＧＦ及盐水，于不同时间，对损伤修复组织进行电镜观察。结论实验证明ＨＧＦ有利于软骨组织修复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of HGF on the restorationof the gapped cartilage. Method 25 healthy big--eared white rabbits were divided into four groups, with their right knees forming the test group and their. left knees the control group. The rabbits were injected with HGF and NaCl seperately into the knee cavity after cartilage gapswere made. Ultrastructural observation was carried out with TEM. ResultThe test group had formed cartilaginous tissue while the control group and scarred tissue. Conclusion HGF can be useful andfavourable to the restoration ofarticular cartilage.更多还原
