【Abstract】 The calculating formula of the method of copper sulfatc-iodimetry for determining phytic acid content has been corrected according to standard sodium phytate.The phosphoric anhydride content of the standard sample by the old calculation formula was 11.67% more than that of the real content.The error between the corrected coefficient and the theoretical coefficient is only 1.38%,which means that the theoretical coefficient of the reaction is reliable.更多还原
