苏子油的精炼及油中α-亚麻酸的纯化研究

【摘要】 苏子油中富含人体所需的α-亚麻酸,具有极大的保健价值。采用碱炼法精炼苏子粗油,得苏子精油。其最佳条件为:过碱量:5%~10%,皂化温度:30℃~40℃。精油经过皂化水解后,采用脲包合法纯化α-亚麻酸,可将α-亚麻酸的含量由粗油中的57.05%提高到84.24%。

【Abstract】 Perilla seed oil is rich in α-linolenic acid and is essential for man,and it is a kind of healthy oil resource having great exploitable potentialities.The refined perilla seed oil was obtained by alkali refine method with the following optimum conditions:excessive alkali:5%~10%;tempreture of chemical saponification:30℃~40℃.α-linolenic acid was purified by urea inclusion treatment of the refined oil,resulting an increase of α-linolenic acid content from 57.05% of the crude oil to 84.24%.
