以大米水解糖为原料生产类胡萝卜素的研究
Producing Carotenoid by Rhodoccus from Reducing Sugar of Rice
【摘要】 以大米水解糖为原料对用红球菌生产类胡萝卜素的发酵培养基中A(水解糖)、B(玉米浆)、C(尿素)三因子的最优化组合问题进行了定量研究,建立了具有良好预测性能的类胡罗卜素产量形成的培养基反应模型,并利用回归模型对培养基的最优化组合、对各单因子要素的单独产量反应规律及其交互作用进行了探讨,试验表明大米水解糖培养基中,A因子为0.40、B因子为0.35、C因子为0.325时细胞生物量处于较高水平,因色素形成与细胞生物量成正相关,故可知类胡萝卜素也处于较高水平。
【Abstract】 The influence of reducing sugar of rice,corn steep liquor and urea on carotenoids fermentation were studied in an orthogonal design of quadric regression.A quadric regression model of biomass yield to the doses of the three factors above was established.The model significantly fit well and the optimum combination was obtained.The responses of the biomass yield to all three single factors and their interactions were explored.When the fermentative medium was composed of 0.35% corn steep liquor,4.0% reducing sugar and 0.325%urea,the biomass yield was pretty high.By the statistical analysis of orthogonal design,it was also known that the pigment forming would be in positive proportion to the biomass in certain scope.
