【摘要】 目的　探讨局部应用ＩＬ－２ 联合化疗治疗口腔鳞癌的临床疗效。方法　对２４例口腔鳞癌患者，分别行单纯化疗、化疗联合瘤体局部应用ＩＬ－２，比较给药前后肿瘤的大小变化及病理表现。结果　局部应用ＩＬ－２ 联合化疗治疗口腔鳞癌１４ 例，其中ＣＲ２ 例，ＰＲ８ 例，ＭＲ４ 例，有效率为７１．４％ ，而单纯化疗的１０ 例患者，ＰＲ５ 例，ＭＲ３例，ＮＲ２ 例，有效率为５０％ 。病理切片显示：ＩＬ－２ 联合化疗组大片癌细胞崩解、坏死，间质及癌巢中大量淋巴细胞浸润、纤维组织增生；单纯化疗组仅见大片癌细胞崩解、坏死，而淋巴细胞浸润少见。结论　局部应用ＩＬ－２ 联合化疗治疗口腔鳞癌可取得较好临床疗效，肿瘤局部免疫力增强。其远期效果有待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antitumor effects of local administration of Interleukin 2(IL 2) combined with chemotherapy to treat oral cancer.Methods Twenty four patients with oral cancer were administered with chemotherapy or chemotherapy combined with IL 2 local injecion.The antitumor effects were evaluated and the histological changes were observed.Results Chemotherapy combined with IL 2 local injection was observed in two patients.Eight patients achieved partial response(PR).The effective rate was 71.4%.But in ten patients with chemotherapy alone,the effective rate was 50%.Histological examination showed that a large number of lymph cells infiltred into and around the tumor besides that degeneration and necerosis of tumor cells occupied almost every scope in tumor administrated with both IL 2 and chemotherapy.Conclusion Good effects were achieved in treating oral cancer by IL 2 local injection combined with chemotherapy and the local immunoactivity was increased.更多还原
