【摘要】 目的　临床观察经尿道电切术（ＴＵＲ）治疗老年女性膀胱颈梗阻的效果。方法　采用ＴＵＲ方法，以手术前后残余尿、尿流率等为评价指标。结果　２１ 例术后均自主排尿通畅。１８ 例无残余尿，余３ 例最多者仅１５．０ ｍ ｌ，术后３ ｗ 复查尿流率平均达２１．５ ｍ ｌ／ｓ，效果满意。结论　ＴＵＲ完全可代替开放性手术。强调在行６ 点处切割时勿切过深，以免造成膀胱阴道瘘。对后唇隆起者要铲平至与膀胱三角区成一水平；对膀胱颈各点均隆起者采用３、９ 点处切割时要将颈部纤维、肌肉完全切开至见到周围脂肪组织，才能收到良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the clinical results in the bladder neck obstruction of old women treated by the transurethral electroresection.Methods Before and after transurethal electroresection, the residual urine and urinary flow rate were used as the markers.Results 21 cases after operation can pass urine, 18 cases have no residual urine, 3 other cases have only 15 ml, all patients, three weeks after operation had satisfactory results with average urinary flow rate of 21.5 ml/s.Conclusions Transurethral electroresection can substitute the open operation, with only 6 points of bladder neck manipulation which can avoid the bladder vaginal fistula formation, and the final results are stisfactory.更多还原
