【摘要】 高粱抗倒性可分为两种类型，一种是韧性抗倒，一种是刚性抗倒。韧性抗倒与很多形态性状有关，降低株高、增加茎粗和穗柄粗、缩短节间长度和穗柄长、提高茎干物质及糖度有利于抗倒性的提高。刚性抗倒不能完全用形态性状来衡量。增加茎容重、缩短茎基部节间的长度、提高茎基部叶鞘层数、增加茎壁厚度、提高灌浆期干物质向茎部的分配率、茎壁及髓部单位面积维管束的数量多且大、茎部可溶性糖及总糖含量高等有利于刚性抗倒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Morphology and anatomy structure of sorghum with different lodging-resistant characters were studied.There were two kind of lodging-resistant in sorghum,tenacious lodging-resistant and rigid lodging-resistant.There was a significant correlation between the tenacious lodging-resistant and morphology characters.The tenacious lodging-resistant seedling had lower height,thicker stem and ear stalk,shorter node and ear stalk,higher dry matter content and saccharinitty in stem.The rigid lodging-resistant could not be completely judged by morphology,the rigid lodging-resistant seedling had higher unit weight of stem,shorter nodes of stem base,thicker stem wall,more layer of leaf sheath of stem,higher dry matter distribution rate to stem at filling stage,more and larger bundle per area of stem wall and pith,smaller hollow pith,and higher soluble sugar and total saccharinity of stem.更多还原
