玉米交联淀粉的制备及特性

【摘要】 将玉米淀粉经环氧氯丙烷交联,采用正交试验进行优化以确定最佳工艺条件,此外还对交联淀粉的性质进行了研究,为其应用提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The corn starch cross-linked with epoxy chloropropane was studied,the optimum technololgy was established,the properties of the product were also discussed.
