【摘要】 对自然感染并经血清学和病原学定性为猪生殖———呼吸综合征（ ＰＲＲＳ） 继发猪瘟（ＳＦ） 的８ 头病猪进行了临床病理学研究。结果表明，其临床表现为高热稽留、神经症状、呼吸困难、极高的死亡率。病理学表现为间质性肺炎、急性出血性淋巴结炎及脾炎、非化脓性脑膜脑炎、急性出血性肾小球肾炎及急性间质性肾炎，卡他性肠炎，广泛性淤血及出血。猪合并感染上述两种疾病的临床症状和病理损伤远较单一发病严重且复杂，死亡率极高更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,8 pigs were studied with clinical pathology which are naturally infected and are appraised by serum and pathogy.that is PRRS.The results showed that its symptomson clinic were keeping high fever,neural symptom,dyspenic resporation,high deatrate that on pathology were interstitial pulmonary fever,actue blooding lymphoid and spleen,no-swelling encephalitis,actue blooding glomerulus nephritis,actue intertitial nephritis,catarrhal enteris,the whole cleposition and flowing blood.if pigs are infected the two symptomsons.The disease is very complex and have high dead rate.更多还原
