【Abstract】 The over one-year follow-up of the patients with leptospiral cerebral arteritis were per formed by using transcranial Doppler (TCD), and the results were compared with those by MRI/MRA. The stenose of the major vessels in the cranial basal region still existed when the clinical symptoms improved. It was suggested that the establishment of the side paths of the vessels could be associated with the improvement of the symptoms.更多还原
