【摘要】 58例偏瘫患者日常生活活动（ADL）评定结果表明：随ADL基本动作能力的提高，日常生活动作能力也相应提高（P＜0．01），最终导致日常生活关连动作能力的提高（P＜0．005）。提示ADL基本动作是完成复杂日常生活动作及生活关连动作的关键与基础。偏瘫患者ADL评定应包括从功能障碍与形态异常（impairment）的角度去探求个体水平（disability）能力障碍的原因，以指导理学疗法早期开展针对性治疗，整体预测ADL能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty-eight patients with hemiplegia underwent the assessment of activities of daily living (ADL). The results demonstrated that with the improvement of basic ADL capability, the self care capability was improved ac- cordingly (P<0. 01), and in the end the capability of activities parallel to daily living (APDL) was promoted as well (P<0.005). The basic ADL is the key and foundation to accomplish the complicate self care and APDL. Therefore,the ADL assessment of hemiplegia should also fulfill the search for the reasons of individual disability or handicap in terms of functional handicap and physical impairment, so as to guide the pre-treatment with higher degree of rele- vance and predict the overall rehabilitation of ADL capability.更多还原
