【摘要】 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对200例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的心理状况进行评价研究。结果：Ⅱ型糖尿病患者心理健康总体水平低于全国成人常模。在躯体化、强迫、抑郁和敌对症状方面尤为突出。社会因素、医学因素和自感健康均对心理状况有显著影响。提示对心理损害较重的患者除常现治疗外，可以考虑使用抗焦虑、抗抑郁的药物以及建立心理咨询．进行健康教育等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 SCL-90 was used to evaluate the psychological status in 200 patients with type 11 diabetes. The results indicated that the total psychological status of the patients was worse than that of normal adults, especially in somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression and hostility. Social factors, medical factors and self-perceived health significantly affected psychological status. The results suggested that antidepressive and antianxious medicines could be used. psychoanalysis and health education carried out to those patients whose psychological status was seriously affected except common therapy.更多还原
