升主动脉缩窄鼠模型制作及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:以幼年Wistar大鼠制作升主动脉缩窄后负荷心衰鼠模型,研究心衰的发生机制。方法:将40只幼年Wistar大鼠随机分为二组。一组为升主动脉缩窄;另一组为同期假手术组,不进行升主动脉缩窄。术后3~5月观察两组临床表现、器官干湿重百分比,血气、心电图及血液动力学变化。结果:幼年Wistar大鼠升主动脉缩窄术后3~5月可产生失代偿心力衰竭,在这一模型制作中有较高动脉瘤发生率。结论:对幼年Wistar大鼠升主动脉缩窄,可制作理想后负荷心衰模型,该模型对研究心衰机理有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Objective:Afterload heart failure rat model was induced by ascending aorta banding of young Wistar rat.Methods: Forty young Wistar rats divided into two groups: constricted group, sham operated group. Clinical manifestation, organ weight, blood gas, electrocardiogram hemodynamic data were observed 3~5 months after operation. Results: Decompensative heart failure rat model were induced by ascending aorta banding of young Wistar rat 3~5 months after operation. There was very high occurence of aneurysm in this model. Conclusions:By banding Ascending aorta of young Wistar rat, A stable reproducible ideal afterload heart failure model was induced.
