【摘要】 目的：探讨醛氢叶酸，氟脲嘧啶配合放射治疗晚期复发直肠癌的临床疗效。方法：对３４例无法手术的直肠癌进行了放射治疗，其中１８例同时给予醛氢叶酸（ＣＦ），氟脲嘧啶（５Ｆｕ）的全身化疗（观察组），１６例为单纯放疗（对照组）。结果：放疗结束时，观察组中局部症状缓解率较对照组高，尤其对会阴区下坠疼的改善明显（Ｐ＜００５），且转移症状亦有所缓解。两组有效率分别为８３％、５０％。有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５），完全缓解分别为２２２％、６２５％。结论：ＣＦ／５Ｆｕ配合放疗治疗晚期、复发直肠癌可提高近期疗效，尤其对于伴远外转移患者为理想、安全的治疗手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 patients with inoperable carcinoma of rectum were evaluated for response after treatment.18 of them were treated with radiotherapy plus leucovorin (CF)/5 FU (study group),others were treated with radiotherapy alone (control group).The results show that the remission rate of symptoms were higher in study group than in control group,especially for perineal pain.The overall response rates were 83% and 50% respectively, P <0 05.The trial suggested that Chemotherapy with CF/5 FU plus radiotherapy elevate the therapeutic effect for advanced and recurrent rectal carcinoma and be especially suitable for patients with metastasis.更多还原
