【摘要】 目的：了解肿瘤细胞药敏试验在治疗急性白血病中的临床意义。方法：取患者外周血或骨髓２ＭＬ进行离心、冲洗干燥处理后进行计数。结果：治疗组４０例，３２例获完全缓解，其中１９例一疗程完全缓解，１３例２疗程完全缓解，完全缓解率８０％。２例部分缓解。对照组３５例中２２例完全缓解，完全缓解率为６２８％，６例部份缓解，二组完全缓解率对比有显著性差异（００５＞Ｐ＞００１）。结论：根据肿瘤细胞药敏结果指导治疗急性白血病疗效满意更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the clincal role of the drug sensitive test of tumor cell in treating acute leukemia.Results and Conclusion:In 40 Cases Tested,32 cases were complete remisson(CR).19 cases of all were CR after one course of treatment,13 cases CR after two courses of treatment,CR rate was 80%,two cases were Portal remission(PR).Among 35 Cases in Controd group.22 cases were CR,CR rate was 62 8%,6 Cases were PR.CR rate in between two groups were signifcant differences(0 05> P >0 01). Our report Suggest;according to result of drug sensitive test in tumor cell,directing the treatment with acute leukemia was useful method.更多还原
