【摘要】 目的:检测35例进展期胃癌患者手术前后外周血中T细胞亚群的变化,观察免疫生物制剂的作用。方法:应用单克隆抗体和流式细胞仪技术。结果:术后患者CD3和CD4细胞数,CD4/CD8比值比术前下降,术后应用免疫生物制剂的患者CD3和CD4细胞数及CD4/CD8比值高于术前及对照组。结论:腹腔灌注免疫调节剂有利于提高胃癌患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To measure the change of blood T lymphocyte subsets of 35 patients who suffered progressive gastric carcinoma before and after operation.Methods:The techniques of monoclone antibody and flow cytometry were used.Results:The result indicated that patients CD3 and CD4 cells and the value of CD4/CD8 were lower after operation.While in study group of immunobiotic agents were higher than that of preoperation and control group.Conclusion:It was suggested that peritoneal administration with immunobiotic agents advantage the cytoimmune function of patient with gastric carcinoma.更多还原
