舒他西林的药效学研究
Studies on antibacterial activity of domestic sultamicillin
【摘要】 本文报道国产舒他西林与氨苄西林/舒巴坦等4种对照抗生素对633株细菌的体外抗菌作用及其以氨苄西林为对照对3株细菌分别感染小鼠的体内抗菌作用。研究结果表明:1.除铜绿假单胞菌外,舒他西林对大多数常见细菌均有较好的抗菌作用,尤其对葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、淋病奈瑟氏球菌和流感嗜血杆菌,<0.06~0.125mg/L的舒他西林即可抑菌50%,作用明显优于头孢唑林、头孢克洛和氨苄西林。MBC及杀菌曲线结果均证明舒他西林的抗菌活性与氨苄西林/舒巴坦相当;2.舒他西林对3株细菌(包括耐氨苄西林的产酶菌2株和氨苄西林的敏感菌1株)均显示出强大的抗菌作用。它对耐药产酶菌的活性为氨苄西林的1.85~2.9倍,对敏感株的作用与氨苄西林基本一致。试验证明:国产舒他西林口服剂不但使用方便,而且它对大多数常见菌及耐药产酶菌的作用都明显优于氨苄西林,可作为临床上治疗感染病例的首选药之一。
【Abstract】 The antibacterial activity of domestic sultamicillin against 633 strains bacteria compared with ampicillin/sulbactam and other 4 antibiotics in vitro and against 3 stains compared with ampicillin in mouse infection model in vivo was studied. The results showed that in vitro sultamicllin had good antibacterial activity against 19 species of clinical isolates except P.aeruginosa . MIC 50 of sultamicillin were <0.06 ̄0.125mg/L in Staphlococcus spp., N.gonrrhoaes, H.influenzae , which were much lower than ones of cefazolin, cefaclor and ampicillin/sulbactam, so it should be considered that sultamicllin had much higher activity than other antibiotics. The result of MBC and KCs showed that the antibacterial activity of sultamicillin was similar to ampicillin/sulbactam. In vivo, the activity of sultamicillin were stronger than ampicillin ampicillin resistant β lactamase producing S. aureus and E.coli , and same as ampicillin against ampicillin susceptible S. aureus in mouse infection model. Rresults showed that sultamicillin has more advantageous than ampicillin as it shows not only antibacterial activity against β lactamase producing strains and good activity against most common organisms, but also can be administered orally. The compound can become one of the first choice drugs in the treatment of infectious diseases.
