甲基丙二酰CoA羧基转移酶对泰乐星合成的影响

【摘要】 对不同碳源条件下泰乐星发酵过程中甲基丙二酰CoA羧基转移酶的活力进行了测定。发现发酵过程中甲基丙二酰CoA羧基转移酶的比活力与泰乐星形成速率有关,即该酶的活力高,泰乐星的形成速率大,说明甲基丙二酰CoA羧基转移酶是泰乐星合成中的一种关键酶。另外,菜籽油为碳源条件下测得的甲基丙二酰CoA羧基转移酶的活力比淀粉为碳源条件下该酶的活力高,此结果从酶活水平分析了菜籽油为碳源可提高泰乐星产量的原因。

【Abstract】 The specific activities of methylmalonyl CoA carboxyltransferase during the fermentation of tylosin with various carbon source were determined. It has been found that the rates of tylosin production cor related with the specific activities of the enzyme. This result demonstrated that methylmalonylCoA carboxyltransferase was essential in tylosin biosynthesis. And it has also been found that when using rape oil as carbon source, the specific activity of the enzyme was higher than that of starch as carbon source. The reason that the production of tylosin was higher when using rape oil as carbon source by analysing activities of the enzyme was discussed.
