【Abstract】 High producing mutants 2 7 and Y81 of hainanmycin were obtained by ion beam implantation or protoplast regeneration. Nitrogen and carbon source were studied for productivity of strain Y81. The uniform design method was adopted between titer and four components of fermentation medium to select the optimum condition. For strain Y81, the optimal titer in shaker of fermentation was over 3000 mg/L.更多还原
