【摘要】 为比较依替米星与庆大霉素（ＧＭ）、阿米卡星（ＡＭＫ）长期给药对前庭功能的影响，本研究用豚鼠１３６只，分别用３种药物与生理盐水注射。每种药物又分４个剂量，每天肌注一次，共２８ｄ。给药期间，每周及给药完成后均检查一次前庭功能。结果表明：ＧＭ 随药物积累，前庭功能损伤极大，量效关系极显著。ＡＭＫ对前庭功能损伤较小。依替米星对前庭功能损伤更小。依替米星是一种前庭毒性不明显的新药。更多还原

【Abstract】 guinea pigs were used for research of vestibuloal toxicity of a new etimicin and comparing with those of gentamicin and amikacin. Each drug with 4 dosage increments and normal saline were injected i.m for 28d. Vestibular function tests were executed once a week during the injection period and at the day after the last injection. Results revealed that gentamicin can injure the vestibular function most intensively followed with increasing its dosage. The dose effect correlarion showed that GM is the most potent drug. However, AMK did less hurt to the function. Etimicin did the least harm to those function. It is concluded that the new aminoglycoside possesses little vestibulotoxicity.更多还原
