【Abstract】 The effect of oral aluminium hydroxide suspension on the pharmacokinetics of intravenous norfloxacin injection in rabbits was studied. Eight normal rabbits received intravenous norfloxacin injection with and without oral aluminium hydroxide suspension in a randomized crossover design separated by 7 days. The concentration of norfloxacin in serum was determinted by UV spectrophotometry. The result showed that with concomitant administration of aluminium hydroxide, the pharmacokinetic parameters of norfloxacin had no significantly different with the single administration group. We conclude that intravenous administration norfloxacin can be concomitantly administered with oral aluminium contained preparation.更多还原
