季铵盐纤维素衍生物抗静电剂的研究

【摘要】 合成了2,3环氧丙基三乙基氯化铵和季铵盐纤维素衍生物,用1HNMR谱和元素分析表征了它的结构和成分.利用超高电阻计,测定了聚乙烯(LDPE)和含抗静电剂的聚乙烯试片表面电阻.研究发现,添加0.5phr季铵盐纤维素衍生物试片的表面电阻从3.43×1013Ω降至1.67×107Ω,这一结果表明季铵盐纤维素衍生物抗静电效果显著

【Abstract】 glycidyl triethyl ammonium chloride (GTEAC) and 3 cellulose 2 hydroxypropyl triethyl ammonium chloride (CHTAC) have been synthesized. The structures of GTEAC and CHTAC are measured with 1H NMR spectrometer and the composition of CHTAC is measured with an elementary analysis meter. The sample sheets of blends of LDPE with CHTAC are prepared. The surface electric resistances of the sample sheets are determined with the high resistance meter. The research results indicate that the surface electric resistance of the sample sheet of 0.5 phr CHTAC has decreased from 3.43×10 13 Ω to 1.67×10 7Ω, a drop by 6 powers.
