硒化物和碲化物纳米粉组分的测定
Determination of Mole Ratio of Constituent Element for Nanocrystalline of Selenide and Telluride
【摘要】 确定了用KMnO4 和K2Cr2O7 氧化还原滴定法测定硒和碲的方法.通过对硒化物和碲化物纳米粉分解方法的试验,确定了用王水溶解,浓硫酸除硝酸的实验条件.对实际试样中组分元素摩尔比的测定,误差小于±2 % ,相对标准偏差小于0 .1 % .
【Abstract】 This paper presents a study on the determination of normal selium and tellium by oxidation reduction titration with KMnO 4 and K 2Cr 2O 7 respectively. The method of decomposing nanocrystalline of Selenide and Telluride by aqua regia and concentrated sulfuric acid is employed. The mole ratio of the constituents in samples is determined, and the error is found to be less than 2% and the relative standard deviation less than 0.1%.
