【Abstract】 To use the radiation for the single period superconducting wiggler at the Hefei Light Source (HLS), a beamline constructed has been for X ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) measurements. Each beamline at the HLS has a front end and its independent vacuum protection and control system, where a fast closing valve (FCV) and its controller (FCVC) play an important role. In this paper, the key devices (FCV and FCVC) of the system, the principal points of the vacuum protection and the control of the beamline, the overall design of the vacuum protection and control system for the XAFS beamline at the HLS are described.更多还原
