【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of rapid acquisition in a CDMA communication system,this paper proposes a rapid acquisition method based on parallel architecture. The average acquisition time is calculated and the acquisition performance under none fading Gauss channel and Rayleigh fading channel is analyzed.
