【摘要】 目的：比较两种救心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛（胸痹证）的疗效。方法：将符合标准的冠心病患者100例，随机分成两组：甲组60例，服庆余救心丸每次0．7g，每日2次；乙组40例，服麝香保心丸，每次1粒，每113次．疗程14天。比较两者对心绞痛、心电图的疗效及症状改善、硝酸甘汕停减率。结果：两药心绞痛缓解率分别为9O．00％及87．5O％，心电图有效率为43．33％及4O．OO％，硝酸甘油停减率达85．11％及82．61％，无显著差异，P＞O．05。庆余救心丸起效较快、结论：两药均为治疗冠心病心绞痛的良好用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compare the efficacy of two kinds of heart-saving pill treating angina pectoris (chest-Bi syndrome ). Methods: 100 cases of sampels were divide into two groups randomly. 60cases (Group A ) take Qin Yu Jiu Xin pills, 0. 7g every time. 2 times a day. 40 cases (Group B) take She Xiang Bao Xin pills. 1 tablet every tinies a day. One course is 14 days. Compare the effect to relieve the angina pectoris,variation of ECG,improvement of symptoms and reducing rate of nitroglycerine. Results: The relieving rate of two pills for angina pectoris is 90. 00% and 87. 50%,changement of ECG is 43. 33% and 40. 00%, reducing rate of nitroglycerine is 85. 11 % and 82.60%. There are no remarkable difference between two group,P>0. 05. But Qing Yu Jiu Xing pill effect faster than the other one. Conclusion: Both of these two medicines are good to relieve angina pectoris for coronary heart disease.更多还原
