【摘要】 目的：观察慢性粒细胞性白血病（CML）患者bcr／ablmRNA的表达情况。方法：应用逆转录筑巢式聚合酶链反应（NestedPCR）检测了32例CML患者的bcr／ablmRNA。结果：30例检测到bcr／ablmRNA；其中19例检测到bcrexon3／ablexon2mRNA,7M表达bcrexon2／abl。exon2mRNA．4例同时表达这两种mRNA。结论：NestedPCR是检测CML患者bcr／ablmRNA有效而敏感的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe expression of bcr/abl fusion gene of the patients with chronicmyelogenous Leukemia (CML). Methods: The bcr/abl mRNA from 32 patients with CUL were assayed byreverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and nested PCR. Results: The bcr/ablmRNA was detected in 30 out of 32 patients with CML. bcr exon3/abl exon2 mRNA was detected in 19patients. and bcr exon2/abl exon2 mRNA in 7 patients, and the both two types fusion mRNA was found in4 patients.
