DSK锁水抗窜剂解决了大庆龙虎泡油田固井质量问题

【摘要】 大庆龙虎泡油田的主力油层,溶解气油比很高(37.5—86.6m~3/t),固井水泥浆胶凝强度不能阻挡这样高的溶解气侵入水泥环,造成封固质量问题。通过分析大庆龙虎泡油田高台子油层的地质特点,采用了DSK锁水抗窜剂。加入DSK锁水抗窜剂的水泥具有速凝、早强特性,能在固井注水泥完成后的10—20 min内,达到阻止气窜的胶凝强度,解决了大庆龙虎泡油田固井质量问题。

【Abstract】 The ratio of solution gas to oil is very high in the major oil reservoirs of Longhupao Oilfield, migration of gas into cement sheath often leads to poor cementing. A water block and migration prevention additive DSK was added in the cement slurry in this condition. Fast setting and early strength were detected, and the cement slurry reached a gel strength which is high e-nough to prevent the gas migration 10 to 20 minutes after cementing, thus improved the cementing quality in this area.
