【摘要】 目的：探讨小切口髓核摘除术的器械改良、手术方法和疗效。方法：自１９９０年２月～１９９８年４月，采用改良椎管手术器械治疗腰椎间盘突出症１２５例，包括多节段突出３７例，中央型突出３２例。结果：经６月～８年随访，优良率９３６％。结论：小切口髓核摘除术可以在减压的同时保持脊柱的稳定性，改良椎管手术器械方便了手术的操作，只要方法得当，小切口髓核摘除术同样适用于多节段和中央型椎间盘突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the modification of the appliances,the method and affection of lumbar discectomy through small incision.Method:From February 1990 to April 1998,125 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated with small incision discectomy,37 were multilevel herniation.Result:The curative effect 93 6% were good with the follow up period from 6～96 months.Conclusion:Small incision discectomy could decompress spinal canal and maintain spinal stability simultaneously.The modified appliances made the operation simplified.The multilevel as well as central disc herniation were also indicated to this type of operation.更多还原
