【摘要】 通过应用 Ｇ－ Ｋ 钉技术治疗４８ 例各型股骨骨折， 对 Ｇ－ Ｋ 钉的远端锁钉技术进行分析， 找出锁钉困难的原因， 锁钉安放失败的表现， 比较了现有几种锁钉方法的不足， 总结出旋转法插钉术： 保留下依靠瞄准器在水平面上的准确性， 克服了额状面上的偏差； 具有不依靠 Ｘ 光机定位， 不用增添或改制器械的优点； 准确， 省时， 不影响固定的效果； 达到了简化操作难度， 减少医患人员接受 Ｘ 线幅射的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-eight cases of types of femoral fractures treated with G-K nail were reviewed.We found the difficulties and the causes of failure of the locking pin.We developed a new method of the distal locking pin,which has many advantages by comparison with other methods of locking pin.It retains the accuracy at the horizontal section and avoids the deviation at the coronal section while using guide.It doesnt need the C-arm guidance and other special instruments.It shows accuracy,less time of operatin,the effective fixation,simpler manipulation and reduces X-rays radiation to the medical staff during operation.更多还原
