玉环柚果实特性与裂果的关系

【摘要】 以 14 年生高橙砧玉环柚为试材 ,采用石蜡切片 、透 射电镜观察等方法,研究了玉环柚果实特性与裂果的关系⒚结果表明,在果实表面积膨大速率、采后果实 临界爆破压力以及果皮组织结构等方面,易开裂的扁圆 形果和不易开裂的 梨形果有所不同⒚梨 形果各个时期,各个 部位的表面积膨 大速率比 较一致;而扁圆形果 在 8 月底时各部位 膨大速率还较一致, 至 9 月底及采收期,果 顶部膨大速 率明显大 于其他部位⒚采后果实 临界爆破压力梨形果极显著大于扁圆形果⒚梨形果的果皮组织结构较扁圆形果紧凑⒚

【Abstract】 The studies were conducted with 14 year old “Yuhuan” pomelo grafted on Gaocheng as material. The relationship between the characteristics of “Yuhuan” pomelo fruit and cracking was discussed by paraffin sectioning and electron microscope method. The result showed that there were significant differences between oblate and pyriform “Yuhuan” pomelo in peel anatomical structure, etc. The expansion rate of different fruit surface area of pyriform one was always homogeneous. That of oblate one was also homogeneous at the end of August. But the expansion rate of the peel at the blossom end was much more higher than other parts during harvest time. The critical burst open pressure of harvest fruits of pyriform pomelo was significantly greater than oblate one and peel anatomical structure of pyriform one was compacter than that of oblate one.
