白粉病菌的生理小种及其对不同基因型甜瓜的致病性(英文)

【摘要】 用采自温室的87 个甜瓜的基因型来测定其对白粉病菌的致病反应,并检测甜瓜白粉病菌的生理小种。结果表明,Sphaerothecafuliginea 是引起杭州春季白粉病发生的主要病原菌,甜瓜白粉病菌属于生理小种2 ,甜瓜不同株系叶片对白粉病菌的抗性,室内检测结果与其田间调查结果之间呈良好的正相关。在被检测的87 个甜瓜基因型株系中,有24 个基因型对白粉病菌生理小种2 表现抗性。

【Abstract】 Eighty seven melon genotypes were grown in greenhouse and assayed for their reaction to powdery mildew.Results showed that Sphaerotheca fuliginea is the major agent causing powdery mildew throughout the spring season in Hangzhou.The leaf disk assay of the differential melon lines clearly demonstrated that physiological race of Sphaerotheca fuliginea is Race 2.A good linear relationship was found between the results from leaf disk assay and those from field survey of whole plants for resistance to powdery mildew.In this experiment,24 genotypes were found with resistance to powdery mildew race 2 among 87 melon genotypes.
