杂交水稻的褐飞虱抗性研究

【摘要】 通过对杂交籼稻若干组合的苗期、成株期和田间褐飞虱的抗性作了3 年的研究,结果表明协优963 等4 个组合具苗期抗褐飞虱的能力,协优963 等3 个组合成株期表现为抗褐飞虱。通过对褐飞虱田间抗性的鉴定,表明协优963 田间持抗能力优于汕优10 号。建议在大田生产过程中,防治协优963 褐飞虱为害的施药次数可比汕优10 号减少一次。比较受测组合的成株期抗性与苗期抗性,两者表现不完全一致。采用实用、经济、有效的综合评价方法,才能正确地评价品种的褐飞虱抗性,以避免单一地采用苗期抗级评价抗性造成的偏差。

【Abstract】 A trial was conducted to evaluate the resistance to brown planthope ( Nilaparvata lugens Stl in certain indica hybrid rice for 1996-1998,through seedling, adult and field resistance tests.According to the grade in these tests, four hybride rice combinations,including Xieyou 963,express resistance to BPH in seedling nurse. Three combinations express resistance in adult stage.It was thought that the durable resistance of Xieyou 963 is better than that of Shanyou 10,a popular combination in Zhejing Province, in field test. Because the capable for field durable resistance in Xieyou 963 was stronger than that of Shanyou 10 by six days, we recommend that spraying chemical pesticide in Xieyou 963 should be reduce for one times,in contrast to Shanyou 10 in field production. Compared with seedling and adult resistance in these tested combinations,it was shown that there is difference between two kinds of resistance.A practical,economical and powerful method for comprehensive evaluation was need,to avoid deviation in evaluation just based on seedling test along.
