【Abstract】 By appling unna’s polychromatic methylene blue staining solution to the stainingof Nissl bodies in the Brain of rabbits, a set of practical procedure of making the paraffin sec-tion and staining the Nissl bodies of the brain of rabbits was worked out. In the sectionsstained by this method, there were clear Nissl body, distinct nucleoli, obvious cell bodyoutline and light background. Besides, the sections do not fade for a long time. The methodhas the advartages of staining easily, being not overstained, obtaining easily, being cheapand operating simply and conveniently contrasting with traditional method of staining.更多还原
