心肌缺血─再灌注白细胞介素-1的变化及其与血液动力学关系
Change of interleukin-1 in experimental myocardial ischemia-reperfusion and correlation between it and hemodynamics
【摘要】 目的探讨心肌缺血—再灌注时白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的变化及其与血液动力学的关系。方法在犬心肌缺血再灌注模型上用热稀释法测定心输出量(Co),左室插管测定左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张压(LVDP)、左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax),同时用MT细胞增殖法测定冠脉循环中IL-1的动态变化。结果缺血再灌注的冠脉循环中IL-1水平明显升高,其峰值与同步测定的Co和LVSP、+dp/dtmax呈显著负相关,与LVDP、-dp/dtmax值呈显著正相关。结论在心肌缺血再灌注时IL-1可以作为反映心功能受损程度的一项指标。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between changes of interldukin - 1 (IL -1) levels and hemodynamics during myocardial ischemia -reperfusion . Methods Thermodilution method was used to measure cardiac output (Co),,left ventriculopuncture catheterization was performed to measure left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP),left ventricular diastiolc pressure (LVSP) and left incardic pressure maxinum changerate speed (± dp/dt max) in dogs with experimental myocardial ischemia -reperfusion ,and MTT biocytoculture was used to examine ambulatory levsls of IL- 1 in cardiac great vein . Results IL - 1 levels during myocaridial ischemia - reperrusion were significantly higher than one before occluding coronary artery. There was respectively sigificant negative correlation between IL- 1 peak values and Co, LVSP, + dP/dtmax measured at sametime , signicant positive correlation between IL - 1 peak values and LVDP, - dp/dtmax . Conclusion IL - 1 leve during myocardial ischemia - reperfusion may be an useful parameter of evalating the severity of cardiac function damaged .
