【Abstract】 Based on the actual data of geological survey and exploration in the shelf basin of the East China Sea, this paper described the landform, geomorphology and geological features of the sea bottom of the East China Sea,and introduced the significant breakthrough achieved in the lesearch of petroleum geology theory and the important progresses made during petroleum exploration.Besides,the author analyzed the regularity of stratum and oil-gas distributions in the East China Sea,detailedly expounded the enrichment characteristics of the oil-gas resources in.
