【摘要】 为探索三峡建坝后长江江苏段水位春季提前升高与秋季提前下降的变化对江滩钉螺分布与血吸虫病传播的影响,进行了提前水淹对江滩钉螺生存繁殖的影响及不同月份人畜上滩接触疫水的现场与实验室观察。结果显示,春季提前水淹可降低成螺生存率与产卵量,受淹滩钉螺密度下降率约为82.89% ;秋季提前退水有可能增加暴露滩受家畜粪便污染机会及人畜受感染机会。控制病畜等传染源上滩是减少负影响的关键措施。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the impact of the variation in water level of the Yangtze River after the construction of the Three Gorge Dam on the distribution of Oncomelania snails and the transmission of schistosomiasis the survival and multiplication of Oncomelania snails submerged ahead in spring were observed both in the field and laboratory. The survey of frequency of contacting infected water both for people and domestic animals in different season was carried out in the field. The results demonstrated that the survival rates and egg output of the snails submerged for 30~150 d declined significantly. The reduction of living snail density in experimental marshland submerged was 82.89%. It was suggested that after the construction of the Three Gorge Dam due to ahead submerging in spring the density of the snails in submerging marshland could be declined. On the other hand, because of ahead water falling in autum the chance of contacting infected water both for people and domestic animals would be increased, and the marshlands would be polluted by stool more frequently.
