小麦种子活力及其与产量性状的相关性研究

【摘要】 以北方冬麦区大面积推广的15个小麦品种为试材,用不同方法测定了种子活力,分析了种子活力与小麦产量性状的相关性。结果表明:人工老化前后的活力的指数、简化活力指数、发芽指数、发芽势、幼芽长、幼芽鲜重和幼芽干重等活力指标各自的相关均达显著或极显著水平,这些活力指标都可用以表示种子质量的优劣;人工老化前后的发芽率的相关不显著,仅用发芽率不能表达种子的生命力强弱;电导率与千粒重呈显著负相关,与每穗粒数和穗粒重均呈极显著负相关,电导率的测定又具有简便、快速的特点,可望作为小麦育种新的选择指标。

【Abstract】 Using fifteen wheat varieties spreaded in north winter wheat area, determined seed vigour with various methods, and analysed correlation between seed vigour and wheat yield characters. The results were as follows: Correlation coefficients between criteria of seed vigour themselves before and after artificial aging (45℃) 100% RH) Such as germinating energyl seedling length, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, germination index, vigour index and simplified vigour index were all significant or very signifi-cant. These criteria could express the level of Seed quality. But, correlation coefficient between seed germination percentage itself before and after artificial aging was no significant, only using seed germination percentage couldn’t completely reflect seed quality.Negative correlation coefficient between electrical conductivity and thousand-grain weitht was significant, and negative correlation eoefficients between electrical conductivity and grain number per spike and grain weight per spike were very significant respectively.The method of determining electrical conductivity was quick and convenient. It was expected to take for a criterion in wheat breed-ing.
