【摘要】 目的为了对使用量大的头孢菌素类进行经济学评价，提供最佳用药方案。方法采用前瞻性的随机临床试验的流行病学方法，从用药成本和效果进行分析比较。结果头孢三嗪、头孢噻肟、头孢呋辛在治疗下呼吸道感染上治疗效果无显著差异，但３者的成本上有显著差别。结论头孢三嗪是治疗下呼吸道轻中度感染最经济的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To make an economic evaluation of the widely used cephalosporins so as to offer the optimal plan for the administration of the drug.Methods:The perspective method of epidemiology,which carries on clinical experiments at random,is adopted and comparisons are made from the perspective of the costs and effects of the drugs.Result:While there is no significant difference in the curative effects produced respectively by cefatrizine,cefotaxime sodium and cefuroxime sodium when they are used to treat the infection of the lower respiratory tract,there is a significant difference in the costs involved.Conclusion:Cefatrizine is the most economical drug to be used in treating lowgrade and moderate infection of the lower respiratory tract.更多还原
