【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the linkage between asthma and 5q31 33 in a Chinese population.Methods The linkage between microsatellite markers in 5q and asthma and allergy was tested by lod score analysis.Results The linkage between asthma and 5q31 33 was not confirmed.Conclusion The genes at 5q31 33 are not likely to contribute to inheritance of asthma in this Chinese population.更多还原
