【摘要】 目的：总结１９６５ ～１９８６ 年间，１２６ 例结核性脓胸支气管胸膜瘘病人的外科治疗经验。方法：全组病人分别接受闭式引流、Ｈｅｌｌｅｒ 胸改加瘘修补术、胸膜外全肺切除或余肺切除术、带蒂网膜移植术等方法治疗。结果：１１２ 例获得临床治愈，占８８ ．９ ％ ；好转８ 例；死亡６ 例。结论：外科手术是结核性脓胸支气管胸膜瘘唯一有效的治疗方式。闭式引流、Ｈｅｌｌｅｒ 胸改术仍具有不可替代的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To review the experience of surgical treatment on tuberculous empyema with bronchopleural fistula.Clinical material and methods:From 1965～1985,126 patients with tuberculous empyema,with bronchopleural fistula were treated surgically.Chest tube drainage was performed in 90 patients,Heller’s thoracoplasty combined with fistula repair in 126,pleuropneumonectomy and resection of remaining lung in 9,decortication in 2 and omental pedicle flap transposition in 12.Results:Overall clinic cure rate was 88.9% (108/126),and the hospital mortality was 4.7%(6/126).Conclusion:Surgical procedure is only effective way in treating tuberculous empyema with bronchopleural fistula.Drainage and Heller’s thoracoplasty still have unreplaceble role.更多还原
