【摘要】 目的 探讨16 二磷酸果糖(FDP)干预治疗新生鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后脑神经细胞线粒体形态学变化及对能量代谢的影响。 方法 用新生鼠HIBD 动物模型,在急性期给予FDP干预治疗,缺氧缺血21 天后用透射电镜观察脑选择性易损区海马CA1 区锥体细胞线粒体形态改变。 结果 缺氧缺血21 天后脑神经细胞部分线粒体形态异常。与缺氧缺血组相比,FDP干预组线粒体病变减轻。 结论 缺氧缺血21 天线粒体有异常。FDP干预治疗减轻了HIBD 后脑神经细胞线粒体的形态变化并可能改善脑神经细胞的能量代谢

【Abstract】 Objective To study the morphologic changes of mitochondria and metabolic protective effect of fructose 1 6 diphosphate(FDP) intervention in newborn rats with hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD). Methods Newborn rat HIBD model was set, intervened with FDP during acute phase, morphologic changes of mitochodria in hippocampal CA 1 of newborn rats after hypoxic ischemia 21 days were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results Some mitochondria were abnormal in HIBD 21 days as compared with hypoxic ischemic group, morphologic changes of mitochondria in FDP intervention group was milder. Conclusion Morphologic changes of mitochondria are present after HIBD 21 days. FDP intervention decreases morphologic changes of mitochondria after HIBD, and may improve neuronic energy metabolism.
