【摘要】 目的 探讨Cyclin D₁基因在乳腺癌中的表达和意义.方法 应用ABC免疫组化法检测14例癌旁组织及49例乳腺癌中Cyclin D₁蛋白的表达.结果 Cyclin D₁在乳腺癌中有较高表达,过表达率49%（24/49）;在14例癌旁乳腺组织中无过表达;乳腺癌的临床病理特征无明显相关性.结论 Cyclin D₁基因过表达是乳腺癌发生发展过程中的重要事件更多还原

【Abstract】 [Abstract] Objective To Study the expression of Cyclin D1 gene and its significance of the breast carcinoma. Methods 49 cases of breast carcinoma and 14 cases of normal breast tissues were studied by ABC immunohis-tochemical technique.Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1 overexpression in the breast carcinoma was 49.0% (24/49), while overex pression was not observed in the normal breast tissues.The positive rate of Cyclin D1 overex-pression had no relation with histological type,lymphatic metastasis,tumor size,age of patient and the degree of differentiation of the breast carcinoma. Conclusion The results suggest that overex pression of Cyclin D1 protein is the important event in the carcinogenesis and the development of the breast carcinoma.更多还原
