【Abstract】 ve To study the changes cell inherity and to give patient the early diagnosis and correcttreaement. Methods Periphery Iymphatic blood cells were cultured, and chromosomal nuclei were typed. Results2 cases of simple 46, XY sexual gland hypoplasia, 6 cases of klinefelfter syndrome, 14 cases of Turner syndrome,28 cases of 46, XX simple sexual gland hypoplasia, 19 cases of abnormal chromosomal type were found. ConclusionChromosomel type is a important factor for diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.更多还原
