【摘要】 目的探讨肾小管间质病变（ＴＩＬ）在狼疮肾炎（ＬＮ）的意义。方法分析了６８例ＬＮ资料，并对其中４２例作了较长期的随访。结果ＬＮ的ＴＩＬ发生率为７５％，ＴＩＬ明显者，肾小管功能显著下降，血肌酐、尿蛋白水平明显增加（Ｐ＜００１），肾小管间质与肾小球急、慢性病理改变之间均显著相关（Ｐ＜００１），同时，存在明显ＴＩＬ者，其生存率及肾存活率有下降趋势。结论ＴＩＬ与肾小球病变呈平行的正相关关系，且对ＬＮ预后有一定的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationships between tubulointerstitial lesions(TIL) and clinics and prognosis in lupus nephritis(LN). Methods 68 LN cases were reviewed and 42 cases among them were followed up. Result The incidence of TIL in LN was 75%,and patients with severe TIL had significantly decreased tubular function and higher mean Scr concentration and proteinuria(P<001).TIL was closely correlated to glomerular damages(P<001).Meanwhile patients with severe TIL had decreased survival and renal survival. ConclusionTIL can affect the clinic and prognosis of LN,and is positively correlated to glomerular lesions.更多还原
