生长激素第三调节途径在人垂体生长激素腺瘤生长激素释放中的作用
The role of growth hormone third regulatory pathway in growth hormone releasing of human pituitary growth hormone adenoma
【摘要】 目的 探讨新的生长激素( G H) 第三释放调节途径在人垂体 G H 腺瘤 G H 释放中的作用。方法 采用细胞培养方法观察新合成的 G H 释放肽2( G H R P2) 对磷脂酰肌醇( P I) 转换和 G H 分泌的影响。结果 G H R P2 有强有力的 G H 释放和促进 P I转换的作用。结论 G H R P2 的 G H 释放和促进 P I转换的作用机理是通过蛋白激酶 C 系统而实现,有必要进行深入的研究。
【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate the effects of growth hormone (GH) third regulatory pathway on the GH releasing in human pituitary GH adenoma. Method\ By using cell cultures, the effects of synthesized GHRP 2 on membrane phosphatidylinositol (PI) turnover and GH secretion were studied.Results\ GHRP 2 could strongly promote the GH releasing and PI turnover.Conclusion\ The mechanism of GHRP 2 was protein kinase C (PKC) dependent. PI PKC signal transduction system as third GH regulating system may play a crucial role in the regulation of GH secretion.\;
