【摘要】 目的探讨钙粘素E（E-cadherin）在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对59例膀胱移行细胞癌中钙粘素E的表达进行研究。结果59例膀胱移行细胞癌中34例出现钙粘素E表达异常（5763%），其异常表达率在肿瘤病理分级、临床分期等方面具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论钙粘素E的表达异常与膀胱肿瘤的恶性进展有关，可作为判断肿瘤复发及预后的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecticve To analyze the expression and clinical implication of E-cadherin expressin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC ). Method Immunohistochemical method was used to defect Ecadherin expression in 59 cases of BTCC. Result The aberrant expression of E-cadherin was found in 34 cases of BTCC (57. 63% ). The abnormal edpression rate of E-cadherin was related to the tumor grade, clinical stage and prognosis (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The aberrant expression of E-cadherin played an important role in the malignant progression of BTCC, and could be used as a predictor of the tumor recurrence and prognosis.更多还原
