【摘要】 目的　对颅内血管外皮细胞瘤（ｈｅｍａｎｇｉｏｐｅｒｉｃｙｔｉｏｍａ ， 简称 Ｈ Ｐ Ｃ） 其临床表现、辅助检查、病理、治疗及预后加强了解。方法　结合有关文献， 回顾我科近６ 年手术治疗的８ 例 Ｈ Ｐ Ｃ。结果肿瘤全切６ 例， 近全切２ 例， 术后随访４ 年６ 个月， ５ 例复发， 其中２ 例死亡。结论　颅内 Ｈ Ｐ Ｃ 预后不良， 即使全切局部复发率也很高， 放、化疗对残存或转移的肿瘤可能有短期缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical feature, Laboratory examination,pathogenesis, treatment and prognosis of HPC intracranial hemangiopericytoma(HPC) is one kind of uncommon hemartoma. Methods In past six years, 8 cases of HPC patient treated in our department were studied in combination of references. Results Six cases were excised totaly and tow were excised subtotally. During a follow up of four and half years period after operation, five cases were recurred and two of them died.Conclusion The prognosis of intracranial HPC is not very good. The recurrence of HPC is very high, eventhough the tumor had been excised totally. Chemotherapy and radiation therapy may diminished the residual tumors or metastasis.更多还原
